My venture into the world of consulting started in the early 90s while I was still studying in Aachen for my IT degree.
More through a coincidence, I found logistics to be an ideal field of work in combination with IT.
After different positions as a logistics manager, e-commerce marketing manager, and as a senior consultant, I decided to become self-employed together with a few of my colleagues. Driven by our wish to manage projects from a neutral and unbiased position we took the step into self-employment in 2006.
In 2015, I then went on and founded my own business Pogatzki-Projektconsulting supported by a small team.
